Companies Seeking H-1B Visas Asked to Prove Future Work Exists

In the latest hurdle for H-1B application requests for evidence, companies seeking to obtain H1-B work visa potential employees are now being asked to prove they’ll have definite assignments for the full three-year term.  This has resulted in the increase of H-1B visas only valid for one to two years – meaning companies will have to invest substantially more financial resources and time unnecessarily to renew H-1B visas even more frequently.
